Summer or fall, it's super cute!
You could wear this dress in the summer with sandals or fall with some tights and boots. The length is a bit shorter than I thought it'd be but I still love it. The shoulder elastic is tight enough so I don't have to worry about it falling down my arms. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

One of my favs
Material is super soft. I get so many compliments with this dress. Only complaint is the edges of the ruffle and the bottom flip up and it's hard to get them back down. NEED TO IRON FIRMLY.
