Runs small. I'm a 7.5 but ordered 8 and good thing I did! It fits perfectly but I can't imagine how much of my heels would've stuck out if I ordered a 7.5... Also, the straps loop around once but the pre punched holes were too big around my ankle. I ended up punching my own holes and cut the straps to my liking.
