Breezy!
Love this little blue dress. I want it in all colors available. It's definitely true to size. I got an XS being short at 5'2 and 110lbs. It's the perfect length for me to wear with either heels or flats. I usually struggle with length of dresses because of my height, or lack thereof rather. A new year round regular for sure!
