Way too long!
I was surprised on how heavy this dress is. Since it's chiffon and from the pictures, I thought it was lighter and flowier. I must say that this is not a problem for me; I plan on wearing it for a couples photoshoot session in the fall/winter. As a general suggestion, I wouldn't use this dress in the summer, since you would end up feeling really hot. Also, if you are 5'2, factor in alterations. Beautiful Dress
First of all, as far as sizing, I would measure primarily based on your waist/ribcage. The dress is really, really fitted in to your waist...a little tighter than expected, although it still fit wonderfully. There was a part of the outer layer on the back that wasn't sewn or pressed quite flat, but other than that the only issue I had is length...I am 5'3.5", and even with 4" heels I needed to hem about 3" from the dress. Beach Wedding Beauty
I purchased this for my beach wedding and it perfect. I had to get the shoulder hemmed as they were too long and I had to have quite a few inches hemmed at the bottom because I'm short and I will not be wearing shoes. Definitely recommended, this dress is gorgeous.
