XL runs small in Bust area

Super super small
Not happy at all. Ordered a medium for a friends wedding. Too small. Can't return final sale. Ordered the large. Still to small. And final sale. Beautiful Dress... but...
not for the more busty ladies unless you want a nip slip... This dress was too small for my chest size unless I wanted A LOT of cleavage.. which I did not.
