This dress was sooo cute and comfortable! I'm smaller in the chest so I didn't need to wear a bra but cutlets would work just fine. The cut out in the back is so pretty. I suggest wearing little compression shorts under like I did if you're somewhere windy because it does fly everywhere but I absolutely love this dress. Super cute dress for summer! Above my waist is hugged nicely and below the waist is cute and subtly flared. Just hope you don't wear it on a windy day!
