Too short

Pretty short
The dress seems like it is well made. The material is thick and soft and the cut is a little loose, but still flattering. It is pretty short though- I can't raise my arms above my head. I plan on keeping it still and wearing it as a casual day dress. - Product Rating: 3 of 5 stars
Quality material but returning due to length
Material is thick like high quality.. super cute.. but I am 5'4" and this is way too short. If I lift my arms or bend over, this would be unsafe to have on.
