Don't spend another day without these pants
If you're like me going back and forth between getting an xs or small, get the small (or a size up from your regular size). I ordered the black in xs and the khaki color in small, and whoa was there a difference. The xsmall (aka my normal size) somewhat fits, but only if you force it and don't mind not breathing the entire day - it is very tight.
