Not quite perfect
I'm 5'9" and 124lbs and bought a small. While this dress fit a bit snug around the chest and the bum, it isn't very form fitting around the lower back area where my back curves into my bum. Going to see if it can be altered slightly to tighten up the waist, if not will likely return.
