not a casual dress
i thought this dress would be a cotton sun dress but the material was heavier and "fancier". You would wear this to a nicer event, not a picnic. I always wear a small, which is the size I ordered, but I would say it ran a little big. Also, the neckline ran high and narrow on the sides, which I did not think was flattering. returned.Response from Lulus.com:
