Cute but small

Summer dress!

I saw this online and fell in love.. Loved the bright yellow color and it looked like a cute body con type dress to wear to a wedding or anyhing semi formal in the summer. Unfortunately when I got, it's more of a dull yellow in person. I was also put off by the material of it.
