Perfect for a beach vacation

Periwinkle dress
I will start by saying the dress looked more blue to me than periwinkle but it was very flowy and light weight and not cheaply made. I'm petite and I have a broad rib cage and full C to small D cup which made the top fit funny and ordering a size up would have made it too long. Odd fit

Cute! Runs small.
