Boho or Dressy-either way-fun!
I absolutely love this dress! I can dress it up for a fun boho look or use it poolside for lunch or dinner while on vacation. The colors did not fade when washed in cold water. I did feel like it needed to be ironed for a more finished look when I wore it to dinner. The fabric is so soft and the dress moves - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
Festival Ready!
Fabulous dress! Despite being older than the typical Lulu's customer, I took a chance and bought this for a festival coming up this summer. It's perfect! FloydFest is the end of July and it'll be HOT in Virginia, but this fabric is perfect! The tie-dye pattern is eye catching and the dress is super flattering on me. Modern take on Boho Chic...
LOVE this swingy, soft,floaty dress...A REAL standout! About an inch or two too long, ( Since I'm 5'4", and don't wear heels...So I will take it up, just a bit. If you wear heels, you probably won't NEED to! - Product Rating: 3 of 5 stars
Pretty but too Short
The dress was cute for sure. But I chose size based on the description given by Lulu's website as to what the "model was wearing", which said she was in a Small. It is improbable that a 5'8" model was wearing a "small" in the photo and still had the dress draping that much, unless that sample dress was made differently. So flattering!!
I am a bit heavier than I would like to be and wanted something that would cover my arms without making me hot under the Texas sun. The black around the waist area helps to hide trouble areas. The material is very light but I did not have an issue with it being transparent. It ironed very easily with low heat and steam and I felt very confident in it.
