Cute summer dress

Pretty, but questionable
This is a very pretty dress and I really want to keep it but am still undecided. Like others, it's pretty tight and barely closes if you have a larger rib cage, therefore makes you look quite busty since the top doesn't close as tightly as expected. Given the formality I was looking to use this dress for, I'm not sure it would be appropriate for those occasions given the busty look on me.
