Formal dress

I really wanted to love this dress. The feel of the satin is silky on the skin. The back of the dress is weird, one side of the breast area bunched. Sent back immediately. The ladies from customer service are awesome to work with!!! When calling with a question or concern I have been given the utmost professional support. Pretty, but returned
The color on this dress is beautiful and I love the weight of the fabric. The proportions of the top bodice part and the skirt are just a little odd - felt like the skirt should have started higher on the dress and been a little shorter. Really pretty dress, just not for me.
