Super Comfy
Hips are 30" btw. Fit really nicely. I was almost too short for it since the widest part of the dress fell just below my hips (good thing my legs aren't too small so you can't tell). I ordered this dress for homecoming and am very happy with it. The blush color looks somewhat peachy online, but in person it's a very pretty and soft light pink, and the lace detailing on the back is so pretty! This is my second Lulu's dress and they have both been made of stretchy, high quality material (other than the lace detailing on the back).
