Thigh highs?
These are definitely thigh-high boots on me and not over the knee. I am 5'2. I am definitely not mad about it though. They are really cute boots, fit true to size and comfy. - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
depends on height

Gorgeous boots, but didn't fit.
I'm 5' 2" and usually wear a size 6. These boots say they are 26" at the shaft, but they were way longer than that. At my height they cover about 3/4 of my thighs, which wasn't what I was looking for. They were also really roomie in the foot area. I would probably downsize by a half size. Good Boots
I really like these boots, especially with the price because over the knee boots can be expensive. The material is nice and easy to clean off if they get dirty. Only complaint is that unless they are worn over jeans the top of the boot usually slips down while I wear them so I have to keep pulling them back up. - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
Very tall
These are great boots, they just go a little higher up on the leg than I expected. I am 5' 7" and the top of the boot reaches the middle of my thigh, right where many of my dresses end. Since it has ties at the top, I think they can be slid down a little and still stay up without falling. All in all, I love them and I cant wait for people to stop asking me if my legs are cold when I wear them with a dress - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
Super cute boots but absolutely dangerous on hardwood floors

Not my fave
Despite the raving reviews, I was not crazy about these boots. For one, they do not stay up. First time I wore them I was constantly pulling them up so that was slightly irritating They're also not as comfortable as other customers claimed. However, this could be because I'm on my feet and in heels for long hours in the day. The heel height is great though. Lastly, I wasn't a fan of the metal pieces on the ties. Bad quality - returned!
The laces don't stay tied, the thigh part is loose so keeps slipping down your legs. I wore these for one day and returned them....not worth it. - Product Rating: 2 of 5 stars
WARNING: not for all body types
The boot itself was very nice and good quality, the heel was comfortable and roomy and very nice. Unfortunately, if you're short and have thicker thighs these are not for you. Since im short the boots were all wrinkled up and didn't look as nice as the picture and it was tight on my thighs so it made them uncomfortable
