Looks Better on the Model
The waistband is not stretchy, so I can't even close this comfortably around my stomach (which is not flat but also not very big). And because of where it sits on my waist, it looks short and awkward. Hoping I lose some weight and it looks better when it fits...Response from Lulus.com: Hi Christina! Beautiful
This is such a beautiful skirt! Can be dressed for summer but also dressed for fall! I usually wear a small, but after reading reviews I ordered a medium instead and glad I did. The skirt has a little bit of elastic in the back of the waist but the medium fits more like a small. I'm short and so the length is quite long, but I will just hem it myself. Wish the slit was more noticeable
This is a cute skirt, but I wish the slit was much more noticeable. I read other reviews saying the slit is kind of hidden, and it really is. You have to actually pull the layers of the skirt apart to get it to show. It doesn't show when just walking normally because the layers of the skirt overlap so much. Cute but not as pictured
Ordered this and was so disapointed because the slit does not show at all unless you find a way to make it out from under two layers of the skirt. Skirt was cute but a bad length
This skirt hits at a very weird length for short women. I really wanted to like it and the waist fit perfectly, but the length looked like it was supposed to be a maxi skirt that shrunk in the wash.
