Beautifully flowy and true to size

So long and gaping in the bust
I am busty and broad I got an xl based on measurements there was so much extra sagging material in the bust and it was so long I would have needed to hem nearly 12 inches. I figured I'd need to hem as I'm short and that's usually the case but this was excessive!Response from Lulus.com: Hello Jessica, thanks for your review! Beautiful Dress
This dress fits beautifully! It is slightly big around my waist, but I there is no smaller size, so it works fine. The top part fits pretty well considering I do have a smaller bust size.
