super cute but runs way too large

Wanted to like it, ended up returning it
The top looked super cute, but the elastic around the shoulders didn't lay flat and wasn't very comfortable and I wish it would have been a little longer, hit right at my waistline, the picture appears that it's longer. Also completely see though. - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
Shoulders don't stay put

Cute for date night
