They Won't Return It
My parents bought these shoes for me for Christmas but since they ran a little small I wanted to return them. Lulus will not let me return it because it has been longer than 30 days since it arrived at my house. Every other retailer understands that people buy things for Christmas and thus days run a little late. The fit was weird way too small and uncomfortable.
The shoes were beautiful but unfortunately did not fit well. I'm normally a 6.5 but when I got them they were too large and very uncomfortable in the arch so I exchanged them for a size 6 and they were way too tight and super painful in the arch. I don't think I'm able to return them at this point, unfortunately. Super sad they didn't work out. I do not recommend this product.Response from Lulus.com: Hey, Grace! This shoe is exactly as picture. I haven't worn them yet, just tried them on. But, they didn't show signs of being uncomfortable.
