Too cobalt blue

Birthday dress

Not actually Navy Blue
Really wanted to love this dress because it fits so well and is so cute, but it was NOT navy blue--so beware if you order! It is cerulean. I had to return because it just wasn't what I wanted and I felt somewhat mislead. Rides Up Like Crazy
I think this style of dress is so chic, but I did not like this dress at all. I wore it for my birthday and I was pulling the sides down with every other step. It rides up pretty badly. I tried the dress again with fashion tape and then again with body con shape wear to no avail. It could be the fabric or maybe it could be my body type?
