Beautiful in blue!
I generally wear a small or medium. I purchased this dress in a medium, as I didn't want it to be too tight. It fits perfectly, the material is soft and stretchy. It is very flattering on. This is a beautiful staple piece for your fall or winter wardrobe! Plenty of stretch and fits true to size. I will say you might want to size up if a tight turtleneck bothers you.
