LOVE
These boots are LEGIT over the knee. They fit on the thigh since you are able to adjust with the string, and the size is perfect. I opted for the 6, and it's great and I'm sure they'll fit well with socks. SO EXCITED! - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
Super cute boots! Great fit
You can tell once you get these out of the box that they are quality. They feel great and you can tell they are going to hold up. There is a tighter piece of material that fits around near your upper leg to keep the boot from falling down, which I LOVE. They also fit like a glove. I bought these for my teenage daughter who is short (5ft 1, and has skinny legs. As a result I had some concern about the fit. They weren't tight, and were slightly long, but they still worked. She's been wearing it with jeans/dresses, and they look good together. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

I've Always Wanted These Boots!
These boots are killer! I mean that in both a visual and physical sense. I've always wanted these boots and when I saw they were on sale I threw these in my cart without hesitation. Normally I can wear a 10 without any issue. These are quite tight on my toes. The only way I can wear them is without any socks on. Love them, but wish I could have ordered a 10.5 or maybe even an 11.
