If you want a true high waisted fit size down!
This skirt is very cute and a size small for me was not ridiculously large but it was definitely NOT a high waisted fit as pictured, I had to size down for that, even though I am usually a size small. If you have large hips then it may fit properly but otherwise I think it is a little too large to achieve the look pictured on the model. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
