Super Cute but tricky....
I absolutely love this skirt because of the overall design and quality. When I ordered the small it fit my hips perfectly, but was awkwardly loose around my waist so I had to get it altered to take off 2 in. I knew the XS would not fit around my hips, so I was in between sizes essentially. If you're looking to make this more high-waist, be prepared to have that loose fit up top.
