Formal Dinner Dress

Pretty but huge!!!
Bought this for a Gala. Dress is a beautiful and looks expensive but it's so big! I'm normally always a medium but it's way too long (about 4/5 inches without heels) on me and the top isn't as tight as picture. the bottom is also a lot looser then I wanted. Thirdly there is a weird loop hole on the left armpit but not the right one. It makes no since! Don't know what I'm supposed to do that. Curious if the loop is a defect or not.. Possibly could...
