Lovely, but needs alterations
I read some reviews that the dress runs a bit small so I ordered the dress in a small to be on the safe side (I run between XS and S with the Lulus dresses). Loved how it fit on my body, since it wasn't too tight but comfortable, but the problem for me are the lace sleeves. It's a bit too loose for me (I have thin arms). Almost perfect
It fit almost perfect, the only issue I had was with the length. I'm 5'1 and with 4 1/2 heels it was still too long and I had to get it hemmed. It's tight fitting and sleeves were good, not too long. Alteration didn't work out
I bought this dress for a dance competition because it was the perfect style. Unfortunately there was no smaller size, so I had to buy a large with the hopes that alterations would make it fit properly. Nothing about it fit.
I originally purchased this dress to wear to a formal military dinner, and when it arrived, I was very disappointed. The material is nice and heavy and perfect for winter function, and the lace was high quality and not the cheap elastic stuff. However, the fit was absolutely horrible. It's a beautiful dress. I returned it bc it was better for a winter wedding!! Very pretty though
