LOVED, BUT ARRIVED DAMAGED. HORRIBLE RETURN PROS & CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Loved but arrived damaged. I am a huge Lulus fan but they have the most aggravating return process I've ever experienced! They email you a label that you need to either print & attach to the box to drop off at an ups store/drop off. Or you can show the store the label or barcode if no printer. NONE of the labels or codes sent EVER WORK! I tried different stores so it's not the store. It's not me. No issues with codes sent from other companies.... Read MoreResponse from Lulus.com:
