Blisters.
They look nice but I took about 10 steps in them and already had a raw spot forming on the back of my heels despite fitting well. The fabric at the heel needs to be way softer than it is! Consider sizing down
Many reviews said to size half a size down and I agree! I wear a size 6 in every single other shoe I own no matter if it's a sneaker, sandal, or heel. So I was nervous to order a size down, but I did anyway since so many reviews recommended it. They are totally right! The 5.5 fits perfectly. The shoe itself is exactly as I expected. They run a little larger

The toes were great! The heel part was a little bit big and I even went a size down. It wasn't uncomfortable and actually saved my feet a little bit since I'm not used to wearing heels but it was definitely not ideal. Still great, comfy shoes!
