    Beautiful dress but sizing is off

    This is a beautiful dress and it looks great on but the sizing was a off. I started with a medium and the waist and arms were huge although I took measurements and compared to the dress measurements. I then went to a small and the waist fits a bit better, but still too large, and the arms are now too small/tight in the under arm area. Definitely a beautiful dress and worth the buy to try on to see if it fits.

    Beautiful but not what I expected

    This dress is really lovely but I was expecting it to feel a little more like lace and a lot less like a crocheted dress. Very retro and 70's feeling.

    Beautiful dress - just didn't fit in right in certain places

    I ordered a M b/c of the reviews I read about the waist line. The waist line fit OK but the chest was big. I loved the sleeves and the back of the dress. There is a lot of material around the hips, which made me look 5 pounds heavier. It just didn't fit my body-type properly.

    Disappointment... twice

    I'm usually an XS or S for anything Lulus. After reading the reviews, I decided to size down and ordered an XS. To my disappointment, the dress was too big! The waist fit just fine, maybe half an inch too loose. What really surprised me was the top half of the dress. Everything that was lace/crochet was way too big.     Great as a Bridesmaid Dress

    Wore this dress as a bridesmaid dress for a winter wedding in Savannah, GA. The waistband is a little tight but sizing up would make the rest of the top of the dress too large, so I just dealt with it. Received a lot of compliments and loved that there was a slight sexiness level with the open back.

    Beautiful dress but too big!

    Usually I am a size medium in all my clothing so I decided to get a medium in the dress. It was way too big for me in all places. I think if I would've gotten a size small then I would have been obsessed. My fault but would definitely recommend buying this dress!

    Beautiful heavy fabric

    Love it

    Loose and gappy

    I had high expectations for this dress, and it didn't quite live up to them. Had I kept it, I would have needed to get it hemmed. The lace gapped a lot in the back, so I would have needed to get that altered too.
