Great quality but disappointed
I ordered this dress as an option for the cruise i'm going on - the formal night is on New Year's Eve so I want a little sparkle/shimmer. The quality of the dress itself is great, it's smooth and a little heavy and the shimmer is perfect, but it doesn't look anything like the picture when it's on. Alterations required for shortys
I'm too short so got the dress hemmed a safe 4 inches or so. Straps a little long on my frame too but easily fixed with some thread to tie straps up in the back like a halter. Material is nice. Will wear to company party. - Product Rating: 2 of 5 stars
Just doesn't look good
Unfortunately like some other reviewers, I found this dress just didn't look good on me. I couldn't seem to get it to look like the model at all. It didn't look sexy, rather I felt very old when I put it on. I struggled to show any leg in the slit. Also, unless I tied it very very loose (in which case the dress was baggy around my waist), I couldn't make the top part appear seductive/sexy at all. The fabric is also very heavy and stretchy. Very pretty
I ordered this dress for prom and I waited so long for it to come back in my size, it is more shimmery in person and very pretty. Very Pretty but Too Big
I really like the dress itself but I think it would help if it came in an XXS. I ordered the XS because I am short but the dress was even too long with the heels I would be wearing. Very heavy
This dress was just ok. Very heavy and not in love with the very long tie that you can't see in the picture. It takes away from the dressiness of the dress. I returned it and purchased a different dress. - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
runs a little large
ordered this for new years. beautiful dress but it's kind of heavy. quality material and lays really well on my body but need to tie it pretty tight. also the slit is very high. ended up choosing another dress but still liked this one
