Usually a size small or medium, so I ordered a medium but even this was too tight on my chest. I love this dress. First of all I don't like my arms, so I was nervous about a thin strap dress and I'm a chesty woman, so I went with the XL. I could have done a size L, but the little bit of room gives me some breathing room for the girls, because the material has no stretch. Plus the straps are adjustable, so it helps. I really wanted to like this dress after so many positive reviews. My chest was a little too big for this. I'm a 36DDD. Very cute
