Liked the shoes. I ordered the blue, but brown came instead so did send back and did not have time to get them in correct color. Cute but cheap
UPDATE! I left the below review and customer service contacted me. They apologized and asked for a photo of the shoes. After sending a photo I received a refund in my account. These days good customer service is hard to come by, but Lulus has done a fantastic job. Love these!
These heels were perfect for the dance I was going to go to (it got canceled, sadly), they fit great, look great, and the heel height was just what I needed since I'm already 5'10" lol. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because I feel like they would be a bit narrow for people who have wider feet, and it seems like they might get kind of uncomfortable after a while.
