Straps too small

Comfy, casual shoes!
Love these shoes! They are comfy and can easily be worn casually or dressed up. I usually am either a 6.5 or 7. Initially ordered a 7, which were too big. Got these exchanged for a 6.5 and were perfect! The exchange process took about 1 week and was smooth! - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
