Just didn't quite work
Loved the slitted skirt, the neckline was fun and fine, but the bust bulged out oddly on the sides and I didn't like how it was cut so low on the underarm; would have definitely made for a difficult bra search. I would've had to get it tailored for bust and length and it just wasn't fun enough to be worth it.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Maria, thanks for your review! Well made!
The fit is wonderful around the waist, but it was loose on the top, especially around the shoulder area. When i slouch the top of the dress would fall off. But it again it was made for a tall person, and with that the dress too was a little long. Overall loved the color and the fabric, very well made. The dress was not what I was expecting, it was a too big. And the bottom half didn't look very flattering on me. Looks great on the model, but not on me! It did feel like a good quality dress and was not see through. - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
Had to return
The dress was slightly too tight up top, and the extra layers in the bottom felt like too much fabric for the occasion I had hoped to wear it to (an end of summer, outdoor wedding). The dress itself was beautiful, and if you don't live in triple digit weather, or mind showing a lot of cleavage, its a great dress. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
