Uncomfortable and too big

Uncomfortable.
I was excited about these shoes, they looked so cute. But unfortunately the back of the shoes digs into my Achilles heel which makes them uncomfortable. But that's just my personal experience it might be different for someone else. - Product Rating: 2 of 5 stars
Definitely order a size down
I tend to be skeptical when reviews say to order a size up or down. I typically ignore them, get my normal size and end up completely satisfied. Not this time!!
