Fit weirdly

Happy, but not in love
I bought this looking for a sleek, but everyday layer for when I don't just want a sweater or jacket. I went for the small because it's so flowy and am glad that I did, but it's a little tight in the shoulders. The fabric isn't quite what I expected, it's a little shiny feels a little cheap, but it's holding up fine.
