Elegant runs big
This dress was stunning. Very soft and elegant for a whimsical feel. I ordered a small and it was big. The waist has an elastic cinch but it did not flatter my figure. I have a decent bust- but the dress kept falling open. I used this dress for a photo shoot and I had to pin it in the back.
