Size up if you have wider hips
I couldn't get the dress over my hips, so I would definitely size up if your bottom half is between sizes. I normally wear a size 27 or 4 in jeans and have more of a butt, so I couldn't get the dress passed my upper thighs. Looks better than it feels
I love how this dress looks online and on other people but for some reason it didn't feel so great on. Kind of heavy material.
