Too open at the chest!!!!

Gorgeous Dress- Read care instructions!
I LOVED this dress when it arrived. I wore it out, felt like a million dollars. It wasn't too short, it was figure-flattering. Then I washed it, and it shrank two sizes and completely ruined the fabric. Read the tag after my tragedy - hand wash only, lay flat to dry. Yikes
This dress was super weird. In person the coloring is a much darker blue, and the fit itself is off. When I tied it in the back the buttons would pull, making it look too small in the bust. However, without the strings tied there is too much material in the waist which made it extremely baggy on my body. Cute
I love the dress! The only thing I don't really like is the low-cut part. It shows my bra and I prefer it to not show too much. I'm just using a safety pin to cover it up.
