Usually an 8.5 but got away with an 8 without killing myself with a smaller size
Seriously everyone stops to stares and ask where I purchased them!
I don't wear them all day if I know I'm doing to be busy and active since I noticed the bending/cracking look around the area I bend my toes.
Overall great eye catching accessory.
