Return of Green Dress

Cute but straps fit odd
I had to return this dress because the off the shoulder straps were loose but the dress was tight around the bust. Also, the straps have to rest just right or you can see the thick seam on the underside. Super cute dress!
Bought this dress for a couple of my nieces for a sweet 15 dance and they fit so nicely. Stretchy and good quality material.
