Romantic Summer Dress
I am a size med on top & large on the bottom. I ordered the medium since it wasn't fitted from the waist down. I had to send back the medium because it was to small on the top. My chest is an odd size I am a 35/36B. I followed the size chart? I had to hem it a few inches because I am short & I wore white lace sneakers.
