The Must-Have Nude Heels

i loved the heels, very true to size but broke while wearing it like the buckle came off. so lulus team it would be great if you exchange it as it's brand new not worn just buckle came off.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Khushi! SO cute but broken in an hour!
I wore these to a rehearsal dinner and was SO excited about them. Within moments of being there, the heel snapped right off, super low quality and ended up having to tip toe around the rest of the night with no heel because my dress was hemmed to the height in heels.
