First time ordering from Lulu's
Really surprised by the condition of the dress when we received it in the mail. It was full of wrinkles and the quality is not what I was expecting for a $60 dress. We needed the dress that same week and it fit so we did not have another option. The dress required professional steaming to remove the wrinkles. I would think twice before ordering again.Response from Lulus.com:
