Never buy

Cute Dress
I love the color of this dress. I bought a medium because I'm in between sizes an it's a tiny bit loose. If there was a size in between small and medium it would be perfect. It's not terribly short, which is good, and the straps are comfortable. The fabric is thin so I'll have to wear pasties or a strapless bra in order for this to look right.
