Why the Elastic Waitband?!
This dress is very cute but not well fitted. There is a thick elastic band at the waist and the shoulders. It didn't look terrible but wasn't comfortable. I'm considering sizing up, but I'll definitely return the one I got in M - which Is what I usually wear.

Lots of Compliments!
Dress fabric light, comfortable knit. An off-shoulder neckline and cut-out back makes the dress charming and unique. CAUTION the back rolls at the waistline under the cut-out showing tag. Dress for everything
Such a great all occasion dress. Easily dress it down with a Jean jacket or up with some pumps. It fits true to size and is not too clingy. It moves great and is comfortable. The neckline is so flattering.
