cute but bad quality

Small

Unforgiving in the hips, fabric ripped
The fabric ripped the first time I wore it :( I do not feel as though the quality is high. Even though I aired out the garment for 2 weeks before wearing it, the smell was still awful. I'm usually a M-L in bottoms and ordered a L. It was tight in the hips and the fabric ripped down the slip/underskirt.Response from Lulus.com: Hi, Hailey! Love this skirt, the waistband is fitted and makes waistline look small has pockets which I'm lovin!! Great color and material purchased small exchanged for medium! Love it!
