Not quite perfect, but close.
I'm a girlie with a small waist and a large booty, which has its pros for sure, but the biggest con is that cute, tight things like this almost NEVER fit me. This is not an exception; The skirt hugs my curves perfectly but is a little bit too big at the waist.
